We're a small family of three (Olivia a doctor, D'Arcy a builder, and Osiris a toddler) who are looking for someone that is interested in the unique opportunity to host our Tiny Home on Wheels on their land.
Our home is a non permanent structure that is partially off grid. We'd be interested in a spot where we could park our home (32'x8'6") and have a small deck and personal use of the parcel. We need non continuous access to water (a garden hose), access to a 60amp power supply (we would cover the costs of the this connection) and either the ability to connect to your septic or create grey water drainage.
You'd have the benefit of collecting a monthly rent from us (typically between $500-900 /month depending on utility arrangement and size of space), and having access to a very handy and capable family to offer support in the maintenance of your property.
