Working Hours: 30 Hours Per Week
Wages: 28.00 per hour
Job requirements/Responsibilities;
Schedule and confirm appointments;
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations;
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas;
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information;
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
Train and supervise staff;
Maintain filing system;
Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage;
Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
Languages
English
Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certifi cate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
