Price: $0 | I have 20 years of experience training in Muay Thai. I've realized that most people only know of Muay Thai as a sport. But it is a martial art that uses self defense techniques as well. I offer 1 on 1 and group training. Students can focus more on the sport aspect of it and fitness, or they can learn self defense as well. Sessions are an hour long and incorporate a workout and technique. I am mobile and i also use a gym.
