Price: $0 | I am expanding my Airbnb business(8 years as host), and have found potential landlords in the Downtown area, who will work with me. As a co-host, you will help me decorate the apartment, general property management issues, and most importantly, help me to get a short-term rental license on that unit. You can expect to get a $500 per month in the summer with just a couple of hours of work. The compensation can be adjusted based on the level of involvement you want to be as the co-host.
