We are a lawn care and snow clearing company and we are seeking parking for approximately 2 vehicles with 2 trailers. Would only require a small office space to be used for storage and minor office equipment such as printer, small desk and horizontal filing cabinet (unless someone wanted to share the space, then would be used as an office and not storage).
Would also NEED to be on a bus route, as not all employees drive.
Optimally, would be nice to have a small shop area so the lawn care equipment could be worked on, however realize that is usually more $$$. Would prefer to keep it ...
